I’m a sophomore and Lord willing I wanna break 10 min in 3200m this year… my current pr this year is 10:22 but I think I can break this time. I am doing 50 miles a week, a long run on the weekend usually 10miles and a pre meet before meets 4miles. I feel like the workout aren’t hard enough and my easy days aren’t easy enough. I am always gonna try my best. I want to be trying my best at the right things tho…. Any advice for mileage, workouts to repeat, or strategy for 3200m? how do I improve fast? Thanks
