6x800: 2:36,2:33, 2:30, 2:31, 2:31, 2:20. (2:30 avg)
2 minutes rest in between, before the last one I did 3 minutes rest
after that took 10 minutes rest and did 4x200 in 29.77, 28.91, 28.66, 27.89
decent amount of rest between these, probably like 3:30 minutes
what should I be able to run for 2 mile,
for the mile I’ve run sub 4:40
