I am a 4:26, 9:31, 1:58 runner. I live in a cold state where meets are usually around 40 degrees down to 10 at the coldest. Are arm sleeves the move for races or will I look like an idiot. I know obviously not to wear tights. An undershirt? Gloves? I'm thinking arm sleeves are the best move. Will I get clowned

I love arm sleeves anytime it’s below 45. In addition to keeping your arms warm, I just find running with them comfortable.
But don’t base your decision on your running clothing decisions on if you’ll get “clowned” or not. Do what’s most comfortable to you/will help you compete at maximize potential.
Yes, if you suffer from nasal drip during a race it is advisable to wear arm sleeves. Of course, you can just wipe it right there on your bare arms if you want but that's just gross. This will also allow you to save room in your fanny pack by not carrying Kleenex; you can carry an extra gel or two.

To start, yr too fast to rollup to the line wearing all three. Even two might be a clown move. Just one--any one--of the three is Kiptoo solid.
