Where are the corral bib number cutoffs?

Divide the total in the wave by the amount of corrals
I see a 3:15 and a 3:18 at the end of the number range for Wave 1 and a 3:08 back in Wave 2. Doesn't make sense.
There is also someone with a 4:37 qualifying time in Wave 1. Does age/sex matter when assigning waves?

The bib numbers jump from 7800 in wave 1 to 8000 in wave 2. 200 missing bib numbers. I wonder who they're for. Will they be running Wave 1. Waves 2-4 have 8000 runners. Wave 1 has 7800.
I’m deep in wave 1. I think corral 7. Hard to believe that there will be a 15 min differential between me and the next two corrals (8/9)

There are probably some disabled athletes up there. I think special people can get high low bib numbers. 261 ring a bell? May be a red bib but not technically starting in Wave 1. The guy with down syndrome had bib 321 and finished in over 6 hours.

Where are you seeing people's qualifying times?
Assuming bib 1000 is the last one in Corral 1, first corral needed 2:42:17 or faster.
Cutoff between wave 1 and 2 was 3:02:34 I believe.
Should be 8 corrals to a wave. Bib number under 1000 should be Wave 1 corral 1, 1000-1999 Wave 1 corral 2, etc. It’s easiest to try to look up the first bib number in the wave to try to figure out the cutoff, since they have some unassigned bib numbers at the end of the ranges or some weird stuff going on with those bib numbers. Athlinks.com is pretty good to try to find someone’s results.
In wave 1... fingers crossed for being on the bus with Kipchoge
My qualifying time only got me with a 'Yellow' bib. Due to total embarrassment and shame I've decided to skip this year's BM.

-Not every results site has every marathon, especially smaller races
-Sometimes people use different versions of their name, especially women
-Did you look up race results though this February, the cutoff for an improved seed time?
Where do I find what corral I am in?

Use division.
The race will always save a couple hundred bibs in each wave for any registration errors/wave reassignments/last minute entries they may need to put in.
Click the link in first post
it gives the bib numbers for the waves.

I think its 9 corrals but im not looking at the link again to verify
To find out what corral you're in, divide (the highest bib number in your wave minus the lowest bib number in your wave) by 9, and then divide (your bib number minus the lowest bib number in your wave) by that number, and round up.
Examples:
If you're number 6969:
(6969-201)/((7800-201)/9)=8.0158, so you'd be in wave 1 corral 9.
If you're number 20420:
(20420-16000)/((23999-16000)/9)=4.9731, so you'd be in wave 3 corral 5.
