Brothers, I'm hurt and can't run. Can't even do any meaningful cross training. Only real option I'm seeing is hitting that steel in the gym baby! Curious if anyone here's used their time off running to go from Ryan Hall (2010) to Ryan Hall (2020+)? Also curious if a skinny distance dude can realistically put on any real muscle mass in the ~2-3 months I'll be out and, if so, what the return to running will be like.
