I did a 2x400m workout, 54s and 53s with 10 minutes of rest. What can be my time in 800m?

1:58-2:07, I don’t know anything else about you
you could easily run 55/63 or you could run 57/70, I’d need more information
In college we did 4x400 @ 57. I ran a 1:57
but I specialized in the steeple
My best time is 1:53.20, the workout wasn't 100% effort, was the first lap pace I looking for
Fr bro come on you should know that there is no way anyone can accurately predict your 800 off of 2 submaximal 400s you ran
Ok thanks, I don't know that
500s at mile effort (and even 3k effort was well) are good strength for the 800 - for example, 6x500 at mile effort (about 75s for me) off 1:30 is a good strength builder
200s at 800 effort were a weekly staple - early season there's high rest (1 minute to even 1:30) to engrain the pace in your legs
Flying 100s at 400 effort are useful as well
Something like 3x400m w/ 4:00 rest is a better predictor.
