David Krummenacker ran 1:43.9 and 3:31.9 and never made an Olympic team in 4 Olympic Trials appearances. He contested the 800 at the OTs 4 times (‘96-‘08) and the 1500 twice (‘00, ‘08).
I don't think Yared Nuguse ever ran in the olympics.

Craig Engels is better than Yared Nuguse. If you ignore their PRs and head-to-head record and focus on who has a cooler mullet, than Craig is obviously the best
