Yep, show at least the top 8 finishers so we can see who is all american.
Seriously. Now that track is getting a lot of TV and video coverage from milesplit to flotrack to ESPN, we need to keep this from becoming the norm. The camera should show the race. That’s what people are trying to watch. A race. It should not show a single person running and then recovering after the finish. It even does the winner an injustice to not show how far ahead they were, who they beat, whether they were pulling away or whether the next competitors were catching up. That’s the interesting part. The people directing the video, who show only the lead runner, don’t understand track and are bad for the sport.
