With boots on the ground in Ethiopia, Farah is reportedly in great fitness with some impressive workouts. How will he fare in London?
Any chance the then 40 year old will crack 2:06?

Depends on the daily cocktail.

How hard has he trained to ignore doorbells and how many doorbells has he been able to ignore with that training? That will tell us his fitness
His known ceiling is 2:05 when he was one year removed from top track fitness - remember he ran his fastest ever championship race in that 10k final in 2017, 26:49. Now, after his injury problems and age 40, 2:08 would be an outstanding result for him. If he's motivated, he can do it and may be tempted into one final Olympics if he hits the standard.
Heart says 2:08, head says 2:10
2:15
Well he is younger than Kipchoge, who just run the WR, so age shouldn't be a factor.
DNF

Was he injured at the time, or was Mo and his wife joking?
