It really only bothers me in restaurants. Nice restaurants - not a place like chipotle or some pizza joint. Middle aged and older guys that wear their hats backwards look like dbags also. Like they’re trying to recapture their youth or something. Wearing a hat in a restaurant reminds me of the sopranos scene when Tony told the guy to take his hat off.

Title. In my seminar this semester, there are always like 3-4+ people (out of 15) who always wear a hat indoors. So trashy
It just looks juvenile. I'm 64, when I was 60 I dated a 27 year old for a couple months. She said one of the reasons she dated me (aside from the obvious that I would just be better at sex) was that guys her age were very juvenile. One example she used was their obsession of wearing hats all the time, especially indoors and those stupid stocking caps when it wasn't cold.
Back when I was growing up in my NYC area men NEVER wore hats indoors. It was considered rude, disrespectful and obvious that the man grew up with no manners. I remember being in CO when I saw a man wear a hat in a restaurant for the first time. I think in general Europeans who came here over the last few centuries had more class and respect and the few next generations kept those manners intact. Now its a free for all. Can't even take their stupid hat off during the national anthem anymore. Classless
I'm 61 & last year, I had a 28 yr old latina hit on me at the gym. She was obese - 5'2" & 215 lbs (she told me her weight & that she had been 230 earlier in the year).
She literally followed me out in the parking lot one evening telling me my physique turned her on & asked if I would help her lose weight (I noticed she had been watching & following me around the gym for a couple weeks prior).
I credit her for going to gym & trying to lose weight. She says she's made fun of a lot & it's hard for her to go out in public. Nice girl but she's got to shed some serious weight.
Really don't concern myself wit things that unimportant, does wearing a hat or not wearing a hat really matter?
Ok ok best man at a wedding don't wear a hat, don't wear a hat at a funeral. You are meeting her paents, lose the hat. Most the time just doesn't matter.

I wear hats everywhere because chemo took my hair and my head is always cold, especially in the heavily air-conditioned places in Tampa. And my hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center is frigid.

Hey, i second that sentiment. Let's strike up a tune, shall we?!:

A stupid, arbitrary "rule" put on society, that means absolutely nothing, and the sheep mindlessly follow and attempt to enforce it; that's what this is. What a stupid thing to spend a millisecond thinking about. How does what another person has on their head affect you in any way? Jews, Muslims and other cultures wear hats indoors and that doesn't bother you, but if an American does it, you get your panties in a twist? WTF has this world come to? I'd bet $100 you are one of the people complaining about out of control "wokeness" and cannot see the stupidity of your thinking. Worry about yourself and the world will be a better place.
