As a Canadian, it’s pretty awesome to see “Canada” along with ETH, KEN, etc. for the top 10 countries in the men’s race. Also kinda a big deal as a Vancouver Islander!
Was on course today and incidentally also on course for his breaking of the canadian half record in Vancouver February. Could my thumbs up and knowing winks have given the energy boost that permitted such excellence? Most likely.
An American will never hold the North American record. They’ll be lucky to break 2:10, per usual. And when Mo Ahmed moves up he’ll run 2:03 and put the record away for good.
Grant Fisher (born April 22, 1997) is a Canadian-born American professional middle- and long-distance runner. He placed fifth in the 10,000 meters at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and fourth at the 2022 World Athletics Championship...

LEVINS IN ON THE SUPER JUICE FOR CERTAIN! No way he does that legit at his age - if he had done that 5 or 10 years ago - I’d believe it but it’s total BS.

Cam is 33. Prime age for marathoning especially coming off a track background like he did. Dudes been running super high mileage for over a decade, its about damn time it paid off.

I believe you are wrong especially without evidence.
I do find it strange that Levins gets praise despite DIRECTLY being under Alberto for years; but the OAC get heat by having Ritz coach them who was known to question Alberto’s approach of walking the thin line of cheating.
Either way, the doping accusations are unjust without clear evidence.

330 million people, not a single decent runner.
My only problem is that americans are the most overpaid athletes on planet earth without achievements! I was so happy for Cam Levins today! The guy was technically hired by Nike to pace Rupp and Mo Farah! They used him and dropped him like a hot potato! Then Hoka came in and didn’t see the value in him neither and while he broke Jerome Drayton record and they dropped him too! With the new sponsor and much better shoes with Asics, Cam is running with vengeance now! The last two years are paying off! Cam is better than Rupp now who would have thought that 5yrs ago…
