Holy balls!
Excellent 60m pattern. Over-power on the first 10 strides, then immediate transition, no extended drive phase like Mo Greene, for instance.
So many times we see people over-power those first 10 strides, but then unable to snap into a completely different form quickly, and then get mired in power while failing to continue to gain speed well, with lower contact time.
Not Alfred. Goes upright, and lowers the knees a bit to promote turnover. Great for a 60.
Not sure how this will translate to her 100m, but after the 60 she ran an impressive indoor 200. I would like to see a 100m starting with this 60m, with a transition to more front-side action from 60-100...or just a real drive phase throughout, and a high-knee maintenance. There is some serious potential here, if she can optimize her race.
Would/will be fun to see 2023 tape of her side-by-side with Steiner in both the 100 and 200.
Excellent!
