I'm thinking around 2.22 is about where he is at after looking at his training.
I've seen 2.16 predicted in his comments and Matt flirting with the idea of 2.15 or 2.16. That would be insane given he's not ran under 2.20 yet and would actually raise my eyebrows on his methods, as he simply hasn't shown that type of pedigree at any stage during his career.
I'm not a fan of his but admittedly have been impressed by this build up.
His 66:48 has him sneaking just under 2:20 according to JDvDot, however if this talk of 2:16 from him continues then he will certainly blow up. Also he seems to have a better handle on his nutrition/fuelling/hydration now, god knows how he ran 2:20high before on Red Bulls pre-session.
I guess he has also been back up at altitude recently, but never underestimate the effect of him running on pure hate, now that his nemesis Nick Bester flopped at Seville (going through halfway in 68:17 and finishing in 2:21).
