So I did the Joe Friel test and used his calculator ... his calculator consists of 7 zones. For his zone training is the "easy running" supposed to take part in Z1 or Z2? And for threshold running should I stick to the Tempo or Subthreshold zone?

Typically easy would be zone 2 and zone 1 is for recovery. Tempos are usually at threshold.
