Hi, I'm 15 y.o. I've been running since october 2022. I've done basketball for 7 years but last year i decided to start running. I feel more a speed guy rather than endurance one. Can you tell me a 1000m time prevision?
I recently started to run 25 km/week.
I can do 10x200m with 2min rest (all of the 28-29)
I can do 6×500 with 2min rest (1:30 - 1:35)
Two months ago, my 1000m pb was 3:11 (on road)
I never run on track due to lack of time. Thanks for the answers!
