I just wrapped up my indoor season to complete one of the most underwhelming seasons of my life. I came back to campus in the best shape I have ever been in. I opened up with my best meet of my entire season. Week 2 of indoors I came down with Covid and never came back from it. I am not sure how I can stop this cycle as it seems to happen all too often with factors like sickness and injury ruining seasons for me. If anybody has any advice on how to get out of the cycle of poor performance, I would love to hear it. Thanks for any responses.
