I have a 71 Vo2 max .55 VLA max and 13.3 lactate tolerance I’m a 800/1600 runners what does this mean how should I train?

It means, as I’m sure you know; your results are slightly below average. Therefore you will have to work harder and longer than most people on here! Good luck.
Not good
Sounds like you have the HIV. Sorry for the bad news
Do you have more results? The fact that you can produce 13.3 lactate tells us that you are a mid distance runner and with focus on 800 better then mile if I guess.
VO2 MAX can't tell as much but we can guess 1:56-2:00/ 4:20-4:30 Mile. Do you have any more data on Lactate treshold pace during the test?

You can't guess ANYTHING, race wise, from VO2max.

Good training results in fast times and good lab results. The lab results are just a data point. Data points are only beneficial if you continue to accumulate them. So, if you are able to get tested in a lab on a weekly or monthly basis then it may have value. However, if lab results improve yet race results don't then what was the point of the data collection?
