Pretty good run and a PR!
Pretty good run and a PR!
tuohy can't beat that time
That's a good run for her. It puts her either 6th or 7th all-time indoor NCAA.

Valby faded pretty badly. She might have to say goodbye to her title chances now. So many women have far better kick than her.
there is a new #3 though! - Valby will be 8th I believe

4th place is not lane 4
How about a thread Hilda Olemomoi runs NCAA #3 all time?
If so, then that makes, I think, 5 of the top ten from the last 13 months, and #11 (Markezich) ran that in December, so 6 of 11.
Whoever won, plus Valby (Markezich falls off the list apparently), Ceili McCabe, Courtney Wayment, and Lauren Ryan.
Her best bet is the 5000m.
but in all seriousness I can't wait to see what Valby can do with a good coach. This is a PR but she is capable of so much faster. No disrespect but Solinsky and this new guy are clueless.
Why do they keep sending Valby out at a suicidal pace when every important race ever comes down to a kick? Why can't they teach her about tangents or fix her form? Or proper pacing and a negative split?
Allright allright i’ll give valby credit, great race!💪👍
If shes fast enough, why can't she just run faster and beat all of them? It's not the coach, Valby harder this season.
Valby hit her peak.
Grab your popcorn and enjoy tuohy’s run at millrose tomorrow!😉

That is going to be a wild race. It is being paced for 8:20 for Cranny and Monson.
for one night, VALBYMANIA!!!!! is back baby.
Lol
I'm the real VALBYMANIA. Accept no substitutes
Even Flotrack got the title right
