If you are gonna do a 1200m time trial, why not just do the full 15?

My PR is right in the middle of that range (4:35.9). I know it's early in the season, but I'm just wondering if I have a realistic chance of breaking it this weekend.
4:30 is 72/400 pace. You went 72-76-74. Maybe opening in an even 73 is the play. Should be able to hold that, or something close to that, in a race setting. That's 4:33. Think you're ready for a small PB but maybe not for sub-4:30. But go out & race. 4:29 wouldn't be shocking but 72 looks just a little too quick. I would try to run more even than the TT.

Agree here. Whenever I've done this kind of TT pre race the goal is usually to keep it as even as possible and then assume I can hold that pace for the extra 300 in a race environment. 73/74s should be a safe bet for early laps and then gauge feeling/race to the finish to attack 4:30.
1200m TT pace = 1500 race pace.
So you can expect a 4:36 high - 4:37 low.
