My son is a junior in high school and he is a big baseball player who also runs track during the spring. Since baseball is his primary sport in the spring, he attends baseball practice daily instead of track practice. As a result, I am left training him on the side outside of formal track practice.
I am looking for a good day by day training program that trains for all three of these events. I’ve scoured the Internet, but I can’t find anything that rolls all three up in one. I found training programs for the 200 and 400, and I found training programs for the 100 and 200. But I really don’t know how to merge them together for a competent training program across all three. Any ideas on training programs that you could point me to? Thanks.
