Bought a pair online of the vaporfly 2. They felt good and the foam seemed real (it was bouncy and helped me run 10s per mile faster without straining) but I didn’t feel the carbon plate at all. Could I have been scammed?

cut the shoe open and find out
I bought it on Nike’s official website though. They should be real, right?

If they're from Nike's official website I'd say they are highly unlikely to be fake.
Good. I had a pair I bought from a legit reseller (think east bay, running warehouse, etc) and they were the old model and seemed legit, but these felt quite different.
