Of course not. 8:20 converts more to a 4:15 mile. There is only a handful of non-chinese women who ever ran 8:20 or faster. People also got carried away with the altitude workout that converted more to a low 4:20 than sub 4:20 mile (these 9 m are ~1.7 sec. people tend to forget).
Monson has improved by leaps and bounds in the last two years (as much or more than Schweizer in 2019-20) and she had only a 4:07 1500m until today which was much weaker than her long distance results (and still is). That does not mean that she might run 8:25 or faster in two weeks but, like Gidey or Ayana, she is doing this based on strength, not comparably (with Hassan or Muir or Tsegay) low 1500m speed. She might never break 4 min in the 1500m but she doesn't need to.
