It says the standard levels are from 10-50. How serious is this?

Depends. Why is it elevated? What is your AST? Alk phos?
Stop taking the Alex Jones supplements and do another test.
AST and Alk Phosphate both are in the normal range
I just spoke with your doctor and it turns out that it was actually your BLT level that was high. You’re apparently eating too many sandwiches.
Early warning of liver disease.
Don't drink
This actually is a common phenomenon among those like you on the ALT-right.
That's good.
Read the article above for lots of things you can do - eating folate rich foods, drinking coffee (without milk/sugar). etc
High ALT is not something to be messed with or wished away.
Theres also Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease - NAFLD - again, related to diet.
I had an elevated ALT a few years back. Looking deeper into it I discovered hard workouts, a long run or a race, around the time of your blood work, are causes to give false high readings. Look into it. Maybe that's the reason.
I've just started running again and had a hard lift the day prior.
Do your own research and maybe mention it to your Dr. There are a lot of articles out there to research. Here's a brief clip I just found.
" ALT and AST can remain elevated for 7 or more days after strenuous exercise. The higher the intensity and the longer the duration of workout will result in higher peak levels and levels remaining high for longer. Untrained athletes will see larger and longer increases relative to more trained athletes..."
About 30 years ago, when I was a fairly fast 34-year-old marathoner, I had routine blood work done and my AST and ALT were both sky-high, like 3-4 times above the top of the "normal" range. This was in the pre-Internet days when getting any medical information was difficult and doctors treated patients, particularly female patients, like children or idiots. I could not get my doctor to tell me what he thought might be wrong with me, but I underwent a number of other tests including a liver ultrasound, all of which were inconclusive--and a repeat test gave about the same AST and ALT values. The next step was to do a liver biopsy, at which point I said not unless you tell me what you think is wrong with me. He didn't, so I refused the biopsy and dropped the whole thing.
A year or so later I got blood work done again and my ALT and AST were still very high, although not as high as before. I still felt fine.
It was probably another ten years before I had my liver enzymes measured again, and this time they were normal, and have remained normal since. Three years ago at age 61 I developed rheumatoid arthritis but I've never had any indication of liver disease.
I don't know whether the very high AST and ALT values were because of the high volume and/or intensity of running I was doing at the time. But they didn't seem to indicate liver disease.
3-4 times the normal range? Damn

AST and ALT can also come from muscle, as opposed to liver
so get a CK as part of your assessment

Please report for your latest booster.
Get another blood test after a week of super easy training, no beer, and no Advil. Just give your body a break and see what the number is then.
I have had this result as well and it always depended on when I did the blood-work. If it was right after a super long run or super hard session on the ERG (rowing machine), then I got high numbers. If I was in a low stress, recovery block, my numbers were normal.
This went on for years with me and the numbers always drifted back to normal when I eased up on training.
