Hi, I was wondering if sub 2 would be possible in the 800 in 2 weeks.
I’m traditionally a longer distance guy, running 60ish mpw right now and 70mpw over the summer. I have a 1500 pr of 4:16 and can run 53 high in a 400. I was wondering if this should indicate that I could break 2. I also did 16 x 200 in 31 mid off of 30 seconds rest two weeks ago.
