First run in the Endorphin Speed yesterday. This pebax foam is something else.

Have you run in similar shoes before like the Vaporflies, or is this your first try?
I've run in Endorphin Speed 2 and Vaporflies Next % and Zoomflies.
The Endorphin reminds me a little of the Zoomflies but it seems to be engineered better and my foot rolls a lot more naturally.
I am very pleased with the Endorphin Speed 2, which I prefer to the Speed 3 because the Speed 2 was just the right amount of cushioning, and the Speed 3 was very bouncy, much like a Vaporfly.
Will be trying out a Saucony Pro 2 today if all goes according to plan.

First pebax midsole shoe.
Back in 2018? I ran in a Nike shoe that had a full carbon plate and was lower profile. However I was never running more than 15-20mi a week. It did not have the ZoomX pebax foam. That shoe was stiff as a board and felt fast.
The Endorphin Speed seem to have a much higher stack height, more flexibility and just as bouncy.
I know the Speed has a forefoot nylon plate and a bit of a rocker.
Just poking at this pebax is a little wild

As comparison most of my running over the past 5-6 years (15-20mi/wk until recently) has been done in Nike Free Run or similar low profile shoes no 'respectable' runner would touch.

Train in the Speed, race in the Pro.
Great shoes.
