I remember he would get crushed by Ferlic and Flanagan on the tempo portion but now he can keep up. Looks comfortable running the K/600mrepeats. No surprise he pulls away from Ferlic easily in the last 2 300’s with ease. It’s a good sign to see that he is in a better spot than last year.

Yes, he looks really fit for this time of year. Spending time in Flagstaff and getting a full year of building back up has done a lot for him. I hope he gets into some big races and gathers the experience needed to win pro events with regularity.
I'm not getting caught up in predictions based on winter workouts from them this year. I'm just going to comment on how incredibly easy they make the miles and 1k's look, and how easy Hobbs makes the 600s and 300s look. Just economy in motion.
