I want to attack 10K sub 33, 32:40-32:50 and possibly get podium in the next race at 18 December (10.55km flat and fast course), 2 weeks more. Is it reasonable target for me based on the following?:
13.11 - HM race @03:45 (underperformed), felt easy.
16.11 - workout 6x1600 @03:29/2min jog it was tough
20.11 - 10K race on hilly course @34:00min (1.44% avg gradient), it was all out and tough as hell...
24.11 - workout 10000m @03:32 felt strong and good
27.11 - workout 90min@E+42min@03:48+33min@E=37.5 km felt very hard and glycogen shortage
29.11 - workout AM: 5x6min @03:48/60s rest; PM: 10x3min @03:43/60s rest, felt fresh
01.12 - workout AM: 5x6min @03:40/60s rest; PM: 25x400 @03:19/30s rest, both felt strong and good
Average mileage per those 2 weeks is about 105 miles per week.
