Looking at his form in this interesting post I think he can run the following times one year in:
31:00, 1:08:00, 2:22:00.
The guy is a beast and still super fit.

This was one of the most awesome exhibitions of athletic talent and control in human history. Walking a mile in 5 1/2 minutes is on par with running a sub 27 minute 10,000 m and a sub 59:00 half marathon and a sub 2:05:00 marathon in my book. Absolute monster is Tom Bosworth - monster in human form.

Had a chance to meet Tom twice. There is not a nicer person around. Also saw him do some post race interviews for the BBC at the UK Indoor Champs and he did a great job. Wish we could get someone with is outgoing personally and enthusiasm for the sport to do the post event interviews here in the USA and finally dump Lewis Johnson

They're getting plenty. Why do you think they walk like that?
Many racewalkers do quite a bit of running in their training (running is their "crosstraining").
Not sure how far in his career Bosworth is but the estimates seem rather conservative,
Here is not the best German racewalker (probably top 5) but maybe one of the better runners among walkers: 30:10 1:03:42, 2:17:54 and he ran this off season as a racewalker. I think he was DNF or DNS in his most recent marathon attempt but I'd guess that if properly prepared and with the last generation of shoes he'd run 2:12-14. People get fooled because walking looks funny but most them would easily beat most world class triathletes in marathon/half marathon.
Very interesting but from the data, it seemed he switched to running around 2021, and then just one walk result recently, the super 2:31:00/35km walk in 2022.
It makes absolute sense that these walkers can run fast because they can already "walk" 20km at 3:45-4:00 speed per km. This means 3:00 speed per km for running half marathon.
People don't realise the effort it takes to walk at 3:45 speed or 6 mins per mile. The fitness and strength it takes is simply phenomenal. Walkers train 4-6 hours per day, including lots of gym, weights, etc. They are monsters. Big respect which most people do not give.
