PRed in my freshman season of college with a 26:02 8k. Will be spending the summer between 7.5kft and 9kft for altitude training for 8 weeks and will be doing workouts at 4kft (train high live low etc.) Will really be focusing on quality workouts, tempos, and somewhat high mileage (probably 85 mpw). What would be a reasonable expectation for how much time I can cut?
