Does it matter how many strides you do?
I see different training programmes including different amounts, e.g. 8 strides, 6 strides, 4 strides etc. Also some say, twice per week, others 3 times etc.
I also recently read someone saying that strides should be done on a hard day, to keep easy days truly easy?
What about just doing 2 strides at the end of every run?
