Gender vs Sex in Trail Runner article....a call for athlete representation and rights?

Ignore this drivel.

Giving equal money to a non-binary division means that 66% of the money is going to XY humans and 33% is going to XX humans.

66% of it will go to people who are truly elite. 33% of it will go to people who are only reasonably good, and maybe not even that.

That's all that will be accomplished.

So at what point does this become a discrimination suit against cis-gendered, XX women?

Again the protected category here has to be XX women. If that category is not protected then why even bother with competitive sport? Why have any divisions then?

Since we know Gender does not equal Biological Sex, but awards and prize money and divisions are based on Biological Sex, then we simply can't have an "equal" category that is based only on Gender.

When did Science and the Logic of Facts go out the window?

Btw I'm all for those on the LGBTQIA + spectrum to choose their gender and identify is pretty much all aspects of life. However when it comes to competitive athletic based sports it is simply illogical and against science to declare a new division "on par" with Biological Sex.

On a final note I saw that some individuals who signed off on this used multiple pronouns as well? So one can use the pronouns "They/She" now too? Using that "logic" why not just use all 3 pronouns then....what is the purpose of pronouns if you're going to use multiple ones at the same time?
