What do they do in the weight room? They're all so unbelievably jacked.

Is this a serious post?
Ask Deno. He is the NFL sexpert here and he studies their bodies.
Steroids, stupid.
Genetics, a bit of work and in some cases steroids.
I do find it amusing, the low percentage of nfl players testing positive. Wonder how many are getting away with it, that would be real interesting to know. Obviously having starts test positive hurts the brand of the league/revenue so it makes sense they wouldn't want that in a league for a team sport.
HGH
HGH is bigly prevalent in the NFL.
NFL players have different genetics. Take for example Shannon Sharpe at 54 years old
The average 54 year old will not look like this no matter how hard they try.
Ya, it almost if they have abnormally high testosterone and human growth hormone levels.
I’m sure genetics is the only reason why.
You could take steroids and HGH every day for the next 20 years and you would never look like Shannon Sharpe.
Drugs do nothing if you don't put in the work.
These guys get paid to work out 5-7 days a week year round.
Young men get very muscular even without drugs.
How do Kenyans get so fast? And why did Kipchoge run his lifetime 5000 pr at (allegedly) 19, in the height of a specific era?

Haha! That's also a 54 year old on TRT or steroids.
Alan
We see the same thing in boxing, MMA, track, it's all about genetics.
Rocky Johnson the father of The Rock
Look at Herschel Walker, yep...genetics.
So ya take those genetics and the bench, squats, curls in a weight room.
Blacks more apt to be muscular simply how it is.

Remember Mike Ashley? Many bodybuilding experts believe he was natty having freakish genetics:
This thread went from bicurious to full fledged gay, not that there is anything wrong with that.
