It's very chilly here in Texas. About 45F or lower when I go for a run in the morning.
How do I pre-warm my shoes so that they are nice and warm before I put them on and head out?

Have you tried putttingthem by your heating vent? Or waking up a bit early and wearing them for a few minutes? Don’t leave them on your porch.
Oh bless your heart
Get a cat and make it cozy so they like to sleep on em.
Stick them under a hot shower.
Keep them inside your house, instead of outside n00b
This might be the dumbest post I've ever seen on here and I can't overstate that enough
Place them in front of your governor's mouth
Assuming you’re serious; get one of those winter boot/ski boot dryers. they’re designed to dry wet boots but they can also work as warmers. Just don’t leave your running shoes on there longer than a few minutes. Might damage them
Go to an online adult goods shop and order the heating sticks they sell that are used to warm up Fleshlights, adult dolls etc.
i'm from northern minnesota so this thread is cute
Toaster or a microwave
I wear size 15 New Balance sneakers. So, they won't fit in any appliance.
I might try the boot dryers. That sounds good. Maybe the heating vent too though that might dry out the shoes a bit much.
Cats - the only way I'd get cats is if I can rent them for the night before a run. There are no such rental places here. This is Texas not Japan.
It was 5 degrees on my run in the snow this morning. I wore shorts. Nut up, buttercup
16 degrees and flurrying on my trail run this morning in NM. I crested a ridge and the wind was blowing like 20 mph. The last thing that was going to be cold was my feet, LOL.
5 degree F? Must be 5 degree C.
No way anyone can run in 5F only in shorts. Everyone likes to play superman on the Internet.
Either that or you were wearing long warm joggers on top of those shorts.
