Lately I feel like I’ve been “bonking” a lot of runs. It is happening very early in the run - between 5 and 15 minutes in.
I just feel like I need to stop. Not out of breath, heart rate not high, but I just have an overwhelming feeling that I need to stop.
If I take a gel, I can continue and feel ok. But then need to take another about every 30-45 min.
Anybody ever have this happen? I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
