I'm gaunt with jutting hips and ribs. But then I have this protruding belly.
I've seen a lot of people with what appears to be this thin even layer of fat covering their entire body. Somehow their body has an even layer of fat on their face, wrists, ribs, hips, legs, back....everything...but then their belly is not huge and protruding, it's just that same even layer of fat, you can sometimes almost even see abdominal muscles.
How do these people make their body do that?
I am working on putting on muscle mass by lifting weights to look less skeletal, but it would also help if I could redistribute an even layer of fat over my entire body. Any extra calories that I consume just makes my belly protrude further and it refuses to coat the rest of my body.
