Based on my times that I have run, what is my best event that I should focus on? I want to focus on my event that I can do my best in.
800m: 1:58.9
1000m: 2:38.0 (flat track)
1500m: 4:06.5
Mile: 4:32.8 (indoor)
3k: 9:13 (flat track)
5k: 15:57 (roads) usually around low to mid 16s
10k: 34:20
Half Marathon: 1:18
400m/200m time on my own at the track:
Around low 53, 23 low.
Which event do you think is my best and what I should focus on for one event because I just want to focus on one?
