20 degrees, if its colder go with fill insulation like the puff ball jacket.
yeah, i don't know the exact temp; i'd say 20-25. but they are thick suckers and have a lot of lofty fleece along with the windproofness. nice item, pricey though...

A friend of mine has one and usually wears it all winter, as cold as 10 degrees.
