Just bought Daniels' 4th edition to help put together a training plan for a January HM. *All distances from 800-marathon have very specific plans, distances, phases.
*All except 15K-30K, which would include HM training.
The alien training consists of two 7-day cycles that are repeated however many times you want leading up to your goal race. They include three Q sessions/week.
Has anyone done this format? The 10K training is much more defined and its not a huge stretch to use 10K training for a HM - unless I am mistaken. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
