I am 18, Male, and a freshman in college. The past few weeks I've ran 70-75 miles along with the previous 10 weeks at 65. I am about to start the taper for championship season. But I'm wondering how much is too much for my summers and track season? In high school I hardly cracked 50mpw, so far this season in 3 races I have Pr'd 20-40 seconds each race for the 8k, with my last race was a 26:25. Outside of XC I run the mile/1500 primarily.
