I am currently a 6'1 155ish pounds male 18 years old , I am in cross season racing 8ks and in the winter and spring I run the 1500 / 800. I can see my abs, and my arms / legs are toned but I feel I have a little too much belly and back fat going on. I am currently running 70-75 miles a week and have not managed to drop weight like I wanted to. My goal body is that of Galen Rupp. Any tips or tricks to help me slim down and get that true distance body look.
