He's legit but the course was short. The top female finisher was running 19 mid every other race (and not winning) but runs a 1 minute PR? The guy in 2nd ran a 40 second PR?

I don’t know if it’s short or just a really fast course or maybe a little of both. I know when I was in HS, I ran a big PR on that course. The weather was also picture perfect for XC.

The second place runner (Tyler Tkaczyk) did not run a 40 second PR. I only looked at one other race, the 2021 NH MOC, where he ran 16:02. He ran 15:46 last weekend, a reasonable improvement from Junior to Senior year.
The top female runner, Sheldy Fisher, ran 19:01 at the same 2021 MOC, and 18:24 last week, not a one minute PR (and I'm pretty sure she had run faster than 19:01 previously).

You shouldn't just make up statistics.
If you knew anything about NH you'd know the MOC course is short too. They even called it a 3 mile in 2019 and they still run the same exact course, I don't know why they call it a 5k.

It's not the same course as they have used for the MOC in the past. The Mines Falls course is unavailable due to bridge construction... they are using the Alvirne HS course this year.

MOC is at Alvirne HS this year. It's definitely slower Mine Falls in Nashua, which has held the MOC since about 2006 or 7. Mine Falls is flat and fast, but the times there have not been out of the ordinary for a fast course.
