This will be my second half marathon and it's a very flat course.
Recently I've run 17:53, 18:07, 18:09 and 18:12 twice. Also run 36:59 and 37:01 and around 37:20 three times. My first half was 1:22, but the second half was hilly with 300ft of elevation gain. I went out at 6:15 pace and was aiming for 1:21, but dropped to 6:20-6:30 pace on the hills. That was 6 months ago.
I'm debating whether to go out at 6:05 (sub 1:20) or 6:10 for 1:20.
