It's pretty common knowledge that being a tad lighter, all else equal, before a race will positively impact your performance.
That being said, does anyone here know if you lose or gain weight when you fart? I'm not talking about yelling "turbo" when you fart running up a hill during a race, I'm talking about actually scale measurements here.
There had been debate, and I saw it on a thread earlier, about whether farting would actually have you GAIN weight. Please send your opinions and defend your position.
