You didn't list your 35 meter time?
For the general male American population: faster than 99%.
For a sprinter: slow--even if those are auto times, which I kinda (could be wrong) doubt.
And inconsistent: The difference between 50m and 60m is 1.50 seconds?
It depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. Your times are not good from a higher level perspective. But, if you simply want to have fun and train/compete to break 12 seconds in the 100 or something, by all means do it. Set goals and go get them.
Your times are slightly odd. The 100-300 is better than your 60, yet your 400 is relatively weak. I'd say work on everything from acceleration to max speed, to speed endurance, but also basic fitness.
Not bad, maybe you could run D2 or D3, Christine
Your 100 is a lot better than your 200 and 400.
12.high for 100m is like being a 5:20 miler, so in highschool terms basically a respectable JV time but nowhere good enough to win league or make it to CIF
my acceleration is really bad. I've recorded top speeds of 20-21mph. I just don't know how to start.
60m i ran 3 years ago. 55m i ran 1 year ago.
i'm trying to aim for sub 12 then sub 11.5, hopefully fast enough to compete regularly.
i ran the 40 yards for fun once in a mock nfl combine, since i was just curious how quick id be able to run.
