We all have seen the NFL fans with jerseys stating the names of players half their age.
would you are a 50 year old runner ever go out in public with a grant fisher singlet?
Or is that wayyyyy to cringe?

Would you ever be a fan of an athlete younger than you or is that too cringe for your ego?

I personally would never wear the name of another man on my back once I am older than that athlete.
as a kid I have no problem with it.
I’d wear a Russell Wilson Jersey. Guys a class act. The cousin of some of my daughter’s friends has a brain tumor and is undergoing chemo and radiation. She was selected to go to Broncos’ training camp where she got to meet all the players and got to spend 45 minutes one on one talking and praying with Russell Wilson. I can respect that.

It’s way too cringe to wear a jersey casually, leave alone with anyone’s name on it, irrespective of age.
Wear what you want. Don’t tell others what to wear.
Let people enjoy things.
I only wear the Jerseys of the most popular Athletes. It makes me more popular. If it is suspected that they probably have a large weenis, a plus.
First, runners like Grant Fisher need to have a number and a singlet with their name on the back.
Should we go with four digit numbers, so we have 10,000 active elite athletes with unique numbers?
Name and number on front and back and they will never need to put on racing bibs.
That would be pretty cool. Cap it at top 999 for three digit numbers.
I would wear a Katelyn Touhy jersey!!!

Or at least the name. If OAC made singlets with McDonald, Hoare, etc on back I’d absolutely buy one. Maybe even one for each of the coffee club guys
He may be a class act, but he's overrated as a QB. He's too short to see anything in the pocket, so now that he's older and slower he won't be able to extend plays
ok semihaze
Wearing my CR7 Juventus jersey just now and he is younger than me.
I don't have any intention to wear a singlet of a specific runner but I did wish you could get college singlets like you can get college football jerseys. I would get one from my favorite school for sure, just like I have their football jersey.
I have a common last name so get to buy a custom jersey at the cost of a regular one. It is more about the colors really. I go to games with family and have fun. If my kids wanted I would wear a pink bunny outfit, I would. Point is, I only care about things that matter.

Nice story. Hope the girl makes a full recovery…..
Of course you should wear the jersey of the star athlete, especially when you attend one of their games/events. If you aren't wearing their jersey, how are they going to put you in the game if the athlete gets injured?
