By average dude, I mean someone who is fairy young (teens to before middle age?), fairy lean, no health issues, and has been mildly physically active before they start their 5 years of training.
After roughly 2 years of decent (maybe not the most perfect/consistent training, but not bad by any means either) training, I’m around 26.5s for 200. I’m 30 years old, 5’10 and 152 or so pounds
I know that’s pretty slow in the grand scheme of things, but I was curious where I stack up compared with others. I love sprinting but if I’m terrible/my prospects are bad, then I figure it would be fun and rewarding to move up.
