I have a race with my friend in 1 month from now and there is a wager on it
So I wanted to ask: How do I improve my time on 1k and how many days should I rest before racing the distance? My recent best efforts are 600m in 1:53 with pace for 3:14 considering the drop in tempo and my 1k pb of 3:27, I’ve been running for 16 weeks and I would like to run it in around 3:10 as my friend’s pb is 3:04
