Has anyone used this to help pacing/training? It's very useful, uses all the race distances and even adjusts for conservative/radical pacing (1-10%).
For instance, if you put in 3:19:59 (in order to break 3:20:00, for instance), you can get various splits (mi/km) depending on how conservative or radical you want to start out at.
