What’s your BMI, weekly mileage, and body fat percentage if you know it?
I expect there to be an inverse correlation between BMI and mileage but am mostly curious what a sampling of LR runners’ numbers looks like.

I am sure the thread will age well.

Which Ultrarunners are fat and sloppy?
I just watched the opening of UTMB. No fat and sloppy runners there .
BMI: 24.2 (5'8, 159)
Mileage: 92.4 average so far for 2022
BF: 5.6% by bod pod (but I'm sure it's a little higher than that)
48 male
20.1 BMI
9.8% Body Fat
25-35 miles week
45yr old male 80+% AG performer
5’7, 131lbs
My guess on the average BMI for a letsrunner running at least 20 mpw was 21-22, which seems to hold, but based on the only three good faith responses thus far, the BMI-mileage correlation seems pretty random. :)
Age somewhat older than 50
20.5 BMI, 60-70 mpw, 10-12% body fat (but just a guess)
age grade result this year - several races at 87% to 90% this year
Back in the day...
5'6', 140lbs, 8%, upwards of 120-140. Avg 100ish for years.

10% Bodyfat (via Bodpod Test)
60 mpw
20.3 BMI (6-2, 158)
23.7, 40mpw, 21% BF per my home scale, but past comparisons to other tests would suggest it’s more like 18% or even as low as 15%
50yr old male.
BMI: 19.2
Mileage: 70mpw

Yes, current numbers please. If you maintain a different race weight, just report the average over say the last six months to a year.
I’ll post a link to a scatter plot and a best fit regression line if we can get more data points.

Report your mileage and BMI from last year then coz 0 is an outlier.
