Are those Nike spikes? Very fetching fluorescent green (?) nonetheless.
World Champion Emmanuel Korir 🇰🇪 came through strongly to take the men's 800m at the Silesia Diamond League just on the line in 1:45.72 ahead of his compatriot Ferguson Cheruiyot 🇰🇪 in 1:45.76 while Tony van Diepen from the inside lane came 3rd in 1:45.80. pic.twitter.com/cDyUGhd2l1
Has anyone reached out to his people about this? This is the kind of thing you'd expect LRC to know rather than trying to instigate a Grant Holloway vs Devon Allen exhibition.

This is between Korir and Puma (assuming he’s actually signed with Puma, which neither Korir or Puma have confirmed).
(My own guess is that Korir has signed but just hasn’t gotten spikes yet. Not uncommon. It took months for the OAC roster to all have actual On spikes.)
Not me…but I agree that your buddy is in trouble. As stated in the thread, he probably just doesn’t have his spikes yet; but puma certainly seems to have spikes available.
So many Nike insiders read threads and sometimes post on this site? Will someone from Nike tell us why they didn't treat the premier 800m athlete better?

I guess that's it. Either that, or they haven't managed to get him fitted for a custom upper yet on Puma spikes. Still, you'd think they'd try and obscure the Nike branding
